$5 million furniture restoration project in Atlanta

A Georgia man is seeking to bring back his family’s furniture collection to a small town.

The restoration project is being spearheaded by a local furniture store.

The owner of the business, Bill Miller, says he hopes to sell his collection to someone in the Atlanta area.

He’s hoping to sell some of his antique furniture that’s been sitting in storage in the city.

Miller says his collection includes antique clocks, chairs and even a car.

He hopes to use the proceeds to buy new furniture.

He says he needs to get some of the pieces back because he doesn’t have the funds to replace them.

He says it’s a time consuming process.© 2018 Cox Media Group.
